Thymidine-synchronised HeLa cells were treated 8 hr after the thymidine washout step for 5 min with 5μM flavopiridol. These cells were fixed and then stained for DNA with DAPI (blue), rabbit anti-PRC1 (red), and sheep anti-KIF4A (green).
