CPS2 Clause 32

This dataset contains spatial boundaries relating to the City of Perth Planning Scheme Clause 32 Areas. Specific lots can be designated under Clause 32 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme to provide the Western Australian Planning Commission with planning authority over those lots. Within the City an MRS Clause 32 area exists over the Parliament House Precinct.
