资源简介:
The 2006 South Australian Candidate Study aims to collect information which reflects the perceptions and aspirations of electoral candidates in the 2006 South Australian state election. This study replicated many of the same questions from the Australian Election Study series. The survey contained questions pertaining to a broad range of economic and social issues, including party involvement, attitudes to social and political institutions, media and communications, and group membership. Also included were questions relating to each candidate's political background and history, and their political party affiliation. There is also a segment within the survey which relates specifically to campaigning. Background variables include gender, age, employment status, perception of social class, occupation, religious affiliation, marital status, income and the highest level of education achieved.
