We analyze the effect of the downexpression of the ARES lncRNA (AT4G14548) on the transcriptome of Arabidopsis roots. 12 DAS roots were harvested and total RNA extracted for RNA sequencing. RNA-seq experiments (polyA+ RNA) in quadriplicate for each genotype (Col-0 and RNAI-ARES-6,2 lines).
