Sporobolus alterniflorus Raw sequence reads

Sporobolus alterniflorus was introduced to China to protect the coast since the 1960s . However, Sporobolus was identified as an invasive species because of its strong adaptability and reproductive ability. Looking for similar species for biological replacement has become a new method of Sporobolus control. In this study, we provided complete genome information of Sporobolus mitochondria for an in-depth study of similar species.
