RNA sequencing was performed to evaluate the transcriptome of sciatic nerves extracted from mice with conditional deletion of Nedd4 in the SC-lineage during development. Overall design: The dataset was generated with sciatic nerves extracted from mice at 5 days of age (P5). The genotypes analyzed include 4 independent control animals ( Nedd4tm3.1Bros flox/flox) and 4 independent conditional Nedd4 knockout animals in the SC-lineage (Tg(Mpz-cre)26Mes +/- : Nedd4tm3.1Bros flox/flox), abbreviated as mpzNedd4cKO.
