Serum anti-influenza IgG antibody titers. Serum influenza specific IgG titers (ng/ml). The immunized mice (6 animals per group) were bled 2 weeks after immunization. Two groups of naïve mice were infected with 1xLD50 and 2xLD50 of live A/PR/6/34 and bled 8 days after infection. PBS, mock immunized mice with PBS were used as a negative control. TCI groups; PR8, inactivated influenza virus; PR8-OA-RA, virus co-administered with OA and RA; PR8-CT, inactivated influenza virus plus CT; PR8-CT-RA, inactivated influenza with RA and CT and; PR8-CT-OA, inactivated influenza virus and co-administration of OA and CT; PR8 i.n., intranasal immunization with 50 µg of inactivated virus as a positive control. Data shown are average and standard deviation (S.D.) from 6 mice per group. Statistics;a: pb: c: p50 infected group.
