该算法适用于城市垃圾清运车辆的运营稳定性评估与异常预警,通过分析垃圾转运车辆的每日入场数据,判断清运工作的均衡性,并为调度管理提供数据支持。监测垃圾清运车辆的入场频次是否稳定,避免因车辆调度不均导致垃圾堆积(入场车数偏少)或资源浪费(入场车数偏多)。垃圾清运的稳定性直接影响城市环境卫生,通过标准差量化每日入场车数的波动范围,识别偏离正常水平的日期(如极端天气、节假日或设备故障导致的异常),辅助管理人员快速决策处理。 街道办、社区居委会、物业等组织可结合数据优化居民生活服务,“偏高”日期在居民集中区域(如小区门口、菜市场周边)增加临时垃圾桶 / 中转站容量,避免垃圾溢出。“偏低”日期可适当减少垃圾桶清运前的临时投放量,降低清运后设施空置率,提升居民生活环境质量。1、数据收集:从系统导出2025年4月上溪镇垃圾清运车辆进场数据,包含车场、进口通道高进车时间等。2、数据清洗:去除极限值、空值等不合规数据。3、数据处理:用COUNTIF函数计算每天入场车数、当月每天平均入场车数,用STDEV函数计算标准差。计算区间下限=当月每天平均入场车数-标准差,区间上限=当月每天平均入场车数+标准差,用IF函数判断每天入场车数和区间的大小关系,当每天入场车数低于区间下限出入车辆稳定性结论“偏低”,当每天入场车数高于区间上限出入车辆稳定性结论“偏高”,其余情况输出结论“正常”。

It monitors the stability of the entry frequency of waste collection and transportation vehicles, so as to avoid waste accumulation (caused by insufficient entry vehicles) or resource waste (caused by excessive entry vehicles) due to uneven vehicle dispatching. The stability of waste collection and transportation directly affects urban environmental hygiene. It quantifies the fluctuation range of daily entry vehicle counts via standard deviation, identifies dates that deviate from normal levels (such as abnormalities caused by extreme weather, holidays, or equipment failures), and assists managers in making rapid decisions for handling. Organizations such as sub-district offices, community committees, and property management companies can leverage the data to optimize resident living services. For dates with "excessive" entry vehicle counts, they can increase the capacity of temporary trash bins or transfer stations in residential concentrated areas (such as community entrances and peripheries of vegetable markets) to prevent waste overflow. For dates with "insufficient" entry vehicle counts, they can appropriately reduce the temporary dumping volume of trash bins before collection, lower the facility vacancy rate post-collection, and improve the quality of residents' living environment. 1. Data Collection: Export the entry data of waste collection and transportation vehicles in Shangxi Town from April 2025, including vehicle yards, peak entry times at entry channels, and other relevant information. 2. Data Cleaning: Remove non-compliant data such as outliers and null values. 3. Data Processing: Use the COUNTIF function to calculate the daily entry vehicle count and the average daily entry vehicle count for the current month, and use the STDEV function to calculate the standard deviation. Calculate the lower bound of the interval as the average daily entry vehicle count for the current month minus the standard deviation, and the upper bound of the interval as the average daily entry vehicle count for the current month plus the standard deviation. Use the IF function to determine the magnitude relationship between the daily entry vehicle count and the interval: if the daily entry vehicle count is lower than the lower bound of the interval, output the stability conclusion "Insufficient"; if the daily entry vehicle count is higher than the upper bound of the interval, output the stability conclusion "Excessive"; otherwise, output the conclusion "Normal".
