NYMPHE.WP1.UCTP

Collection of raw data producedduring the WP1 NYMPHE project under the UCTP. Contains following: 1.37 (file name Zenodo_MALDITOF.zip): MALDI-TOF MS spectra of bacterial isolates capable of degrading petroleum hydrocarbons, collected from ER site soil within Task 1.3. These spectra facilitate the dereplication of recurrent isolates, ensuring that subsequent analyses focus exclusively on unique species. 1.38 (file name NYMPHE_16S_genes.fasta): Partial/full 16S rRNA sequences (FASTA) of the dereplicated bacterial isolates of at least 250 petroleum hydrocarbons degrading bacterial strains isolated from the ER site soil within Task 1.3. 1.39 (file name PGP.UCTP.tsv): The plant-growth-promoting activities measured and recorded in vitro for selected strains.
