Sanger reads from Spk-1 transcript

This dataset contains raw Sanger reads in ABI format from the Spk-1 gene identified in Neurospora sitophila.<br>See Svedberg et al., "An introgressed gene causes meiotic drive in Neurospora sitophila" (2021) for further details.<br><br>These reads were generated by rtPCR of the Spk-1 transcript, then by cloning these PCR products and sequencing them.
