Entries are decorated with taxonomy information from a custom taxdump based on ICTV's MSL39. genomad_hmm_v1.8.tar.gz: HMMER HMM models. genomad_metadata_v1.8.tsv.gz: Metadata for all the 227,918 markers. genomad_msa_v1.8.tar.gz: Multiple sequence alignments in FASTA format.
