Annex A: Spatial mapping of fisheries in the coastal space of Chilean Patagonia protected areas.
Supplementary text with methodological details for the study "Habitat risk assessment to multiple threats in marine protected areas of Chilean Patagonia” funded by Fondecyt project 11201053. This document includes the supplementary text with the methods to obtain and classify the fishery information in Chilean Patagonia using the data provided by the Chilean Servicio Nacional de Pesca (SERNAPESCA).

RASTER_DATA_SET: Files in raster format, classified into three categories of fish effort intensity (low, medium and high) separated into three folders, each by protected area namely: Magdalena_Island_NP, Guaitecas_NR, and Kawesqar_NR. Raster files inside folders were named as:
fl_aqua_rc_: Raster file of Aquaculture Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high)
fl_art_rc:_ Raster file of Artisanal Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high).
fl_ind_rc_: Raster file of Industrial Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high).
fl_tran_rc_: Raster file of Conveyor Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high).

栅格数据集：文件以栅格格式存储，分为三类渔业作业强度（低、中、高），分别位于三个文件夹中，每个文件夹对应一个保护区，即：马格达莱纳岛国家公园（Magdalena_Island_NP）、瓜伊泰卡斯国家公园（Guaitecas_NR）和卡韦萨尔国家公园（Kawesqar_NR）。文件夹内的栅格文件命名如下：

fl_aqua_rc_：代表水产养殖船队作业强度（低、中、高）的栅格文件
fl_art_rc_：代表传统渔船队作业强度（低、中、高）的栅格文件
fl_ind_rc_：代表工业渔船队作业强度（低、中、高）的栅格文件
fl_tran_rc_：代表输送船队作业强度（低、中、高）的栅格文件
