Tn-seq analysis of Xanthomonas hortorum pv. vitians LM16734 under phage Xhv-1 pressure

This project contains raw Tn-seq data generated from a transposon mutant library of Xanthomonas hortorum pv. vitians strain LM16734. The experiment was designed to identify bacterial genes involved in susceptibility to the lytic phage Xhv-1. Mutant fitness was assessed under two conditions: rich medium (TSB) and rich medium supplemented with phage Xhv-1. The bacterial strain LM16734 was originally isolated from lettuce in France in 2015, and its genome is available under GenBank accession GCA_014338485.1. These data support the study of host-phage molecular interactions and the genetic determinants of phage sensitivity.
