High Injury Corridors (HICs) are roadways in the greater Portland area where the highest concentrations of serious crashes involving a motor vehicle occur. High Injury Intersections (HII) are intersections in the greater Portland area where three or more serious crashes involving a motor vehicle occur. These datasets are created using the most recent five years of crash data that are available from ODOT. The extent is the Metropolitan Planning Area.
