Transcriptomic analysis reveal stress responses and programmed cell death induced by acetic acid in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain:W303-1B

We performed the experiments with 150 mM acetic acid (pH 3.0) for different time in synthetic complete (SC) medium supplemented with only auxotrophic amino acids and nucleotides. The experiments without acetic acid treatment under same conditions were served as control. RNA-Seq-based transcriptomic analysis were used to investigate the global responses of yeast cells upon acetic acid stress.
