Gene expression changes in femur tissues of ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis rats

To study the differentially expressed genes in postmenopausal osteoporosis , a postmenopausal osteoporosis rat model were constructed by bilateral ovariectomy. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the rat femur tissues. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the femurs of ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis rats and sham operation group rats.
