Reef Seawater Metagenomes Viromes and Proximity Ligated Samples

These samples contain whole metagenomes and viromes from the southern coast of Curacao collected in July 2021. These samples were collected approximately 5 cm over the benthic boundary layer of coral reefs. For six of the sites, samples were processed for proximity ligation. This data represents a database for the viromes and metagenomes of Curacao's southern reefs and was used to investigate viral-host interactions.
