Data and code for "Mesohabitat affinities of benthic macroinvertebrates in protected lowland rainforest streams of southeast Nicaragua"

This repository contains all data and R script that accompanies "Mesohabitat affinities of benthic macroinvertebrates in protected lowland rainforest streams of southeast Nicaragua." Datasets includes raw macroinvertebrate and mesohabitat data, taxonomic information (family, genus, and resolution), and functional feeding group (FFG) designations based on Ramírez & Gutiérrez-Fonseca (2014).
