We report the altered transcriptomic profile of astrocytes in midbrain organoids differentiated for 35 and 70 days and generated from a stem cell line carrying the LRRK2-G2019S mutation compared to the isogenic pair. Single-cell RNA-Sequencing experiments were performed on a total of 4 samples. These correspond to 2 time-points (Day 35 and 70 of dopaminergic differentiation). One isogenic pair was analysed for each time-point: LRRK2-WT and LRRK2-G2019S.
