资源简介:
Compared with the yaks in the maternal grazing group, the yaks in the barn feeding group showed RNA sequencing of the rumen epithelium revealed that most of the altered genes were involved in the enhanced immune functions of yaks in the barn feeding group. By using 16S rDNA sequencing, some significantly increased genera in the barn feeding group were identified, including Sharpea, Sphingomonas, Atopobium, Syntrophococcus, Clostridium_XIVb, Acinetobacter, Oscillibacter, Dialister, Desulfovibrio, Bacteroides, Lachnospiracea_incertae_sedis, Methanosphaera, Methylobacterium and Clostridium_sensu_stricto in the rumen.
