Dataset for "High-Performance Gate-Controlled Superconducting Switches: Large Output Voltage and Reproducibility"

This dataset reports the raw data of the measurement results shown in "High-performance gate-controlled superconducting switches: large output voltage and reproducibility" published in ACS Nano in 2024.

The dataset includes all current versus voltage, I(V), sweeps made, as a function of gate voltage, for each device (from device 1 to device 13). For a specific I(V) sweep (cointained inside a single .txt file), the gate voltage applied is reported in the heading of the same .txt file, together with the leakage current measured at the same gate voltage. 

The I(V) sweeps recorded in the same conditions (i.e., at thes same temperature, applied gate voltage etc.) are numbered sequentially in each folder. For example, files 91_1 to 91_10 refer to 10 I(V) sweeps measured in the same conditions on the same device.
