Multi-Scale Modeling and Experimental Validation Dataset of Solvent-Mediated Crystal Morphology Control in Sr (OH)2・8H2O for Industrial Crystallization Processes

This dataset contains experimental and simulation data for solvent-mediated Sr(OH)₂·8H₂O crystal morphology control, corresponding to the multi-scale research framework of theoretical simulation-dynamic experimental observation-3D reconstruction-mechanism analysis. It includes raw data of Sr(OH)₂·8H₂O preparation and seed screening, XRD/TGA characterization data, in-situ crystal growth kinetic data, crystal morphology simulation results (BFDH/AE/EM/MAE models), water molecule adsorption energy data on crystal facets, and 2D/3D imaging & reconstruction data of crystal growth. All data were obtained via controlled crystallization, binocular stereo vision observation, molecular dynamics simulation, and characterized by XRD/TGA/SEM. The dataset provides a complete data basis for the precise prediction and regulation of inorganic salt crystal morphology, and can be applied to the optimization of industrial crystallization processes and the construction of multi-scale simulation models.
