Glycine max cultivar:Hutcheson Raw sequence reads

Reads were obtained from an RNAseq study examining infection of Rotylenchulus reniformis (reniform nematode) on susceptible soybean. The goal of the study was to identify plant genes involved in the formation of the nematode-induced feeding site to better understand the mechanisms by which reniform nematodes parasitize plant roots.
