Phylogenomics reveals the evolution of floral traits associated with pollinators and pollinator-prey conflict within the carnivorous Pinguicula subgenus Temnoceras (Supporting Information)

This dataset contains curated whole genome assemblies and plastid genomes of 32 Pinguicula species. Raw reads were quality-trimmed using Trimmomatic v0.39 and assembled de novo with MaSuRCA v4.1.0. Assemblies were refined using Purge Haplotigs to reduce heterozygosity. plastid genomes were assembled from trimmed paired-end reads of Pinguicula using GetOrganelle. These assemblies were used for BUSCO gene extraction and phylogenetic analyses of Pinguicula species relationships.
