This study aimed to characterize the fungal microbiome associated with tissues from Highbush Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) cv. 'Bluecrop' from various above ground tissues as well as across different time points. Amplicons were generated with modified versions of the primer pair ITS1f and ITS4. The final study only utilized the forward reads, but all reads are uploaded for posterity.DNA was extracted utilizing an Omega BioTek Plant DNA extraction kit.Sequencing was performed on an Illumina MiSeq with the v3 300bp Paired End sequencing chemistry.
