Propagation evidence log and reproducibility package for two disinformation campaigns about Ukraine (H1 2025)

Evidence log and calculation files for two disinformation campaigns about Ukraine (H1 2025): "Discrediting Ukrainian Military Personnel" (10 incidents) and "Discrediting Ukraine on the International Stage" (20 incidents). The Excel workbook lists 246 publications that spread the false claims, with date, time, source type, language and audience. It also records 74 documented propagation links between publications. Each incident is scored for synchronicity (timing of publications), virality (speed and breadth of spread) and resonance (languages, audience and duration) using 15 fixed criteria; the incident score k ranges from 1 to 2. Python scripts recompute all scores and statistics, compare the ranking of incidents with a ranking by number of publications, and test its sensitivity; their outputs are included.
