Raw expression data for genes related to DNA repair and metabolism

<b>Data:</b> raw expression data (read counts) for 519 genes related to DNA repair and metabolism.<br><b>Method:</b> Next Generation Sequencing using Ion Torrent S5XL platform.<br><b>Samples: </b>peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated from whole blood samples collected from 8 patients with lower extremity artery disease (LEAD), 7 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), 7 patients with chronic venous disease (CVD) and 7 healthy volunteers (Controls).<br>This dataset was used for publication:<b>Next Generation Sequencing in the Assasment of the Transcriptomic Landscape of DNA Damage Repair Genes in Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Chronic Venous Disease and Lower Extremity Artery Disease</b> by Karol P.
