Immune profiling in subclinical secondary dengue-infected cases

To define adaptive immune signatures associated to protection from hospitalized dengue, we performed in depth immunoprofiling, single cell T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) analysis and quantified DENV-specific T cells in Cambodian children with subclinical infection or hospitalized dengue. Overall design: T and B cells were isolated from PBMC by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using 10X Genomics scRNA-seq, paired with T cell receptor and B cell receptor repertoire sequencing.
