Sanger Institute Tree of Life Programme: Data and Assemblies. Sanger Institute Tree of Life Programme

The Wellcome Sanger Institute Tree of Life programme (https://www.sanger.ac.uk/programme/tree-of-life/) generates reference genome assemblies and other genomic and transcriptome data to deliver to an overarching goal of sequencing all of eukaryotic life. The Tree of Life programme is affiliated with the Earth BioGenome Project (EBP: PRJNA533106). The data and analyses are generated in collaboration with a range of external colleagues, alongside Tree of Life contributions to the Darwin Tree of Life Project (DToL: PRJEB40665), the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics project (ASG: PRJEB43743) the Vertebrate Genomes Project (VGP: PRJNA489243) and others.
