Flower industry plays an increasingly important role in the construction of Ecological civilization and spiritual civilization in China. Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the cut chrysanthemum industry has been riding the wave of vigorous development. However, its rapid development is also facing many problems: long-term continuous cropping caused by cut chrysanthemum crop yield decline, poor quality, frequent plant diseases and other problems seriously restrict the development of cut chrysanthemum industry. Therefore, to determine how continuous cropping years affect soil enzyme activities and soil microbial diversity of cut chrysanthemum, and then screen the key indicators leading to continuous cropping obstacles in cut chrysanthemum soil. Based on previous studies on chrysanthemum and other horticultural facilities in recent years, we analyzed the disturbance and impact of long-term continuous cropping on soil, and summarized the number and diversity of soil bacteria and fungi, as well as the response of soil enzyme activities to continuous cropping obstacle, in order to provide theoretical guidance for solving continuous cropping obstacle of cut chrysanthemum
