Dynamics of small RNAs in wine grape (Vitis vinifera) cultivar infected with grapevine red blotch disease

The purpose of this project is to analyze the small RNA (sRNA) profiles in Vitis vinifera cv. Merlot vines, making comparisons based on infection with Grapevine red blotch virus, phenological stage, and tissue type. This includes both differential expression analyses of identified sRNAs, and the validation of sRNA targets in the V. vinifera transcriptome using sequenced degradome data. The raw sRNA sequences and degradome sequences are included as biosamples under this project.
