Results from the grant "Adoptive nanotherapy against ATF4 in triple negative breast cancer patients-derived models"

This dataset gathers the results from the grant PI19/01533 funded by Instituto de Salud Carlos III (Spain). The dataset includes the following files: RNAseq_BT549_MDA231_HT_BLP_Calahorra et al 2024.xlsx: RNA sequencing dataset from BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines treated with vehicle, hydroxytyrosol (HT), beta lapachone (BLP) or their combination. Upregulated or downregulated gene expression with a fold change of 0.5. The results of this dataset are published in Calahorra et al 2024 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.biopha.2024.116439). RNAseq_siRNA-NDRG1_vs_siRNA-Scrambled_+-TGFB1_Lopez-Tejada et al 2025.xls: it contains RNA seq expression data of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells treated with siRNA against NDRG1 (siNDRG1) or siRNA control (scrambled or SCR), with or without stimulation with TGFbeta1. This data belongs to the publication Lopez-Tejada et al 2025 (DOI: 10.7150/ijbs.112645). Clue_Compounds_FoldChange1.6_Lopez-Tejada et al 2025.xlsx: it contains the connectivity score data (compounds) from the repositioning study made with Clue from the RNAseq dataset (RNAseq_siRNA-NDRG1_vs_siRNA-Scrambled_+-TGFB1_Lopez-Tejada et al 2025.xls) upon treatment with TGFbeta1, publised in Lopez-Tejada et al 2025 (DOI: 10.7150/ijbs.112645). Clue_Perturbational class_FoldChange1.6_Lopez-Tejada et al 2025.xlsx: it contains the connectivity score data (perturbational class) from the repositioning study made with Clue from the RNAseq dataset (RNAseq dataset_siRNA-NDRG1_vs_siRNA-Scrambled_with without TGFB1.xls) upon treatment with TGFbeta1, publised in Lopez-Tejada et al 2025 (DOI: 10.7150/ijbs.112645). Experimental Data_Blaya-Canovas et al 2024.xlsx: this file contains all raw data of the experiments published in Blaya-Canovas et al., 2024 (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12943-024-01997-x). This spreadsheet is organized according to each experiment shown in the paper. Data processing: outliers were excluded from the statistical analysis.
