Towards long-term stable MAPbBr3 single crystal-based photoconductor with a high on/off ratio and detectivity

In this work, a photodetector based on MAPbBr3 single crystal passivated with an ultrathin layer of PbSO4 is fabricated and characterized. This data set contains the optical (UV-Vis, PL) and compositional characterization of the resulted single crystal (XRD, SEM) and photodetection properties of the fabricated device such as current−time, photocurrent density, responsivity, specific detectivity and external quantum efficiency as a function of irradiation intensity and aging time.
