The experiment aims to study the variations of the molecular level of Medicago ruthenica (L.) cv. Zhilixing under different intensity of drought stress and rehydration and explored the phased response strategies of Medicago ruthenica(L.)cv.Zhilixing to drought stress and rehydration. Screening stress resistant genes and enriching their resources to enhance the stress resistance of alfalfa and other forages.
