This study aims to explore the differences in the gut and soil microbial communities of Goitered Gazelles in different regions of the Qaidam Basin and their impacts on environmental adaptation. By comparing the microbial communities in the gut and soil across six regions, the study seeks to reveal how these microbial communities respond to different environmental pressures and investigate how changes in these microbial communities affect the adaptability of Goitered Gazelles.The relevance of this study lies in its ability to enhance our understanding of how wildlife adapt to complex and changing environments through gut microbial communities.
