Transcriptional regulation of ICAM-1 in human retinal endothelial cells (HREC)

Total RNASeq of 5 HREC donors exposed to TNF-alpha and IL1-beta. Here we seek to investigate the transcriptional regulation of ICAM-1 in human retinal endothelial cells (HREC). In order to do this we have collected primary isolates from 5 HREC donors and exposed them to Tumour Necrosis Factor alpha and Interleukin-1. Total RNA was sequenced on a NovaSeq to 1.2 illion 150bp read pairs per sample. Samples here cluster primarily by donor and then by time (60 minutes vs 24 hours). Overall design: Total RNA-Seq of human retinal endothelial cells (HREC) 5 donors, with 3 samples from each at two timepoints. 30 samples total: Control, TNF and IL1 treated groups.
