We have sequenced and compared the exomes of five transplantable metastasis experimental models. These models were previously generated using heterogeneous human breast cancer (MDA-MB_231), lung cancer (H2030, PC9), and renal cancer (786-O, OS-RC-2) cell lines. These lines were compared to matched in vivo selected highly metastatic derivative cell populations that reproducibly form organotropic metastases in mice.
