Proteome array analysis of conditioned media from BMDM treated with bleomycin (FigSupp5C)

This dataset contains raw and processed data from proteome array experiments performed on conditioned media from bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDM) treated with bleomycin (BleoMacCM, 0.2 µg/ml) or vehicle control (MacCM) for 72 hours. Contents: Raw data: scanned images of proteome arrays (TIFF) and exported spot intensities (Excel/CSV) for each conditioned medium sample. Processed data: normalized intensities and fold-change calculations used for figure generation. Experimental details: Macrophages were cultured with bleomycin (BleoMacCM) or vehicle (MacCM) for 72 hours. Conditioned media were collected after washing cells and incubating 2 hours in serum-free medium. Data include one sample per condition, pooled from two independent experiments. Statistical analysis was performed using 2-way ANOVA with Sidak’s multiple comparisons (p < 0.05, **p < 0.001, ***p < 0.0001).
