To investigate the function of PLEK2 in colorectal cancer, we knock down PLEK2 gene in HCT116 cells with shRNA retrovirus, the empty control retrovirus as control,3replicates per group. The transcriptome gene changes of the two groups were compared to provide a new way to study the function of PLEK2 in the development of colorectal tumors.
