Data and code archive for manuscript "Survival and behavior of juvenile salmonids (Oncorhynchus spp) in a large-scale water diversion revealed with acoustic telemetry." Updated following journal review and suggestions (v3). Per Reviewer suggestions, we have include both a complete version of the analysis as well as a simplified version. The complete version uses GNU Make to fully recreate all pieces of the analysis, and contains code not presented in the final manuscript. It requires the associated data tarball and some steps to set up. The data QAQC steps, model checking, and posterior predictive checks are contained in the complete version. The simplified version contains only the major pieces presented in the final manuscripts. It omits data QAQC, EDA, model checks and comparisons, etc.
