Long-term salt exposure reprograms the Nicotiana tabacum BY-2 suspension proteome and metabolome toward stabilization of the core metabolic pathways, protein turnover machinery modifications, and protective metabolome adjustments
收藏资源简介:
The dataset comprises non-transformed data generated during high-throughput, non-targeted proteome and metabolome analyses of cells from a BY-2 suspension. used in the paper ‘Long-term salt exposure reprograms the Nicotiana tabacum BY-2 suspension proteome and metabolome toward stabilisation of the core metabolic pathways, modifications to the protein turnover machinery, and protective metabolome adjustments’ (Anita Rzadkiewicz et al.). In this study, we analysed data from a comparative analysis between the control Nicotiana tabacum BY-2 suspension line and a unique BY-2 line that was gradually adapted to and subsequently maintained in 190 mM for over 15 years. This research was supported by a DEC-2020/39/B/NZ9/03336 grant funded by the National Science Centre (NCN) to Agnieszka Szuba, by the Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS), the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS), and by the Faculty of Biology at Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU).
