De novo genome sequencing of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi Rhizophagus clarus HR1. Data is used for comparative analysis with model AM fungi R. irregularis in order to understand its symbiotic lifestyle such as auxotrophy and biosignaling. Final goal of our project is improving culture technics and enhancing agricultural use of AM fungi.
