Cultural expenditure by municipalities with 3 500 inhabitants or more in 2019 and 2020: cultural operating expenditure, cultural investment expenditure, in thousands of euros, in euros per inhabitant and as a percentage of total expenditure for each municipality.

**NB**: operating expenditure is intended for the day-to-day operation of the community, its services and the cultural activities it finances; capital expenditure includes operations which alter the consistency or value of the community's assets (constructions, major developments, infrastructure works, purchases of "sustainable" goods, etc.).
