Scaptomyza flava evolve-and-resequence
收藏资源简介:
Processed genomic data. Twelve replicate populations of the leaf-mining drosophilid Scaptomyza flava were evolved for ten generations on Barbarea vulgaris alone (B), Turritis glabra alone (T), or both hosts together (B+T), and sequenced as pools alongside wild populations from the founding locality. This record contains the processed data products underlying the figures and statistical analyses: allele-frequency matrices across the generation time series, per-window nucleotide diversity and FST tables, per-SNP GLMM output, and the phenotypic performance data. It also includes the sfla_v2 genome annotation, which is not distributed with the GenBank assembly. Raw sequencing reads are in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (BioProject PRJNA1535502). The reference assembly sfla_v2 is GenBank GCA_030179655.1. Analysis code is at https://github.com/DilerHaji/scaptomyza_evolve.
