RNAseq of murine models of high-grade gliomas induced by overexpression of PDGF-B or EGFRvIII

High grade glioma cells obtained by overexpression of PDGF-B in neural progenitors of Balb/c mice or by overexpression of EGFRvIII in neural progenitors of Ink/Arf -/- Balb/c mice and orthotopically transplanted in adult Balb/c mice. Overall design: mRNA profiles of 3 indipendent high grade gliomas for PDGF-B driven model and 3 indipendent high grade gliomas for EGFRvIII driven model.
