Thames Policy Area: Mayoral

The Thames Policy Area (TPA) is established in the London Plan to protect the strategic role of the River Thames. The Thames Policy Area-Mayor of London Order is the boundary used to define potential strategic importance (PSI) applications referable to the Mayor. Development proposals within the TPA should be consistent with the published Thames Strategy for the particular area of river concerned.泰晤士河政策区（Thames Policy Area, TPA）系《伦敦规划》为保护泰晤士河的战略核心地位而设立。《泰晤士河政策区——伦敦市长令》划定的边界，用于界定需提交伦敦市长审议的潜在战略重要性（potential strategic importance, PSI）申请范畴。该政策区内的开发提案，须与所涉河段的已发布泰晤士河战略保持一致。
