Camelus bactrianus Transcriptome or Gene expression

Camelus bactrianus has specific mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue throughout the large intestine and the species unique cystic Peyer's patches are the major type. However, detailed information about the molecular characteristics of the specific cystic PPs remains unclear. This study applied multiple stratigies to compare the significant difference between the cystis PPs and the adjacent normal intestine tissues during the healthy stage of three youth Camelus bactrianus. A total of 7568 upregulated- and 1266 downregulated DEGs were detected, and enrichment analysis excavated 994 DEGs participated in immune-related functions, in which 9 hub genes were detected during multiple immunologic processes revealed by the co-occurrence network analysis.
