Assessment of hetero- and phototrophic biofilms on historical wood
收藏资源简介:
The aim of the research was to analyze the biodiversity of bacteria, fungi and algae (NGS, Illumina Sequencing) of historical wood samples (fragments of furniture, fences, buildings) from Italy and Poland. The analyzed samples were infected by bacteria and fungi and had symptoms of algae growth. The dominant bacteria detected in the NGS analysis belonged to Actinobacteria (Curtobacterium, Micromonospora, Nocardioides, Pseudonocardia), Bacteroidetes (Cytophaga, Chrysobacterium, Mucilaginibacter,) Proteobacteria (Sphingomonas, Burkholderia). Among. fungi dominated Ascomycota (Cladosporium, Toxicocladosporium, Devriesia, Alternaria, Cladophialophora, Exophiala, Penicillium, Menispora). Green algae represented Chloroidium, Klebsormidium, Parachloroidium, Prasiola, Stichococcus (mixotroph).
