SCOP Family Dataset 45-Dimension Physicochemical Encoded

This dataset contains the SCOP family dataset July 6, 2022 version. That version which is no longer available now that SCOP has been migrated to EBI, appears to be identical to the June 29, 2022 version currently available at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/scop/download with the exception of sorting. The dataset includes six fields for each record and there are 35,644 records. The fields are "SCOPSFID", "SCOPSeqID", "SCOPFamID", "UNIAccNum", "Sequence" and "45D_Vector." The "45D_Vector" field contains 45 separate dimensions. Each dimension represents the amino acid sequence of the domain endcoded using a combinations of physicochemical properties. The conversion was made using the PCDTW45DConvert function of the PCDTW Python package available at https://pypi.org/project/PCDTW/.
