By collecting and analyzing the demand and consumption-related data of labor protection shoes for customers in Quzhou area, this dataset aims to understand the purchasing power level and consumption preferences of customers regarding labor protection shoes, providing a basis for all enterprises in this industry. Classifying customers into three tiers: high, medium, and low, helps better organize customer groups. High-tier customers can be contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to better provide personalized products and services for customers and formulate more precise marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data of customers regarding labor protection shoes. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge, and accumulate the collected data to facilitate analysis and usage. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data with the formula: P = (a1/b1 + a2/b2 + a3/b3) * K, where a1 is the minimum single-order quantity, b1 is the minimum single-order consumption amount, a2 is the maximum single-order quantity, b2 is the maximum single-order consumption amount, a3 is the average order quantity, b3 is the average consumption amount, and K is the consumption coefficient. The value of K varies across different regions; according to empirical values, the K value for Quzhou is 0.5. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Classify customers into high, medium, and low tiers based on the calculated demand level: customers with a score above 2000 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score between 1000 and 2000 as "medium-tier", and those with a score below 1000 as "low-tier". This helps better organize customer groups, enabling targeted communication: 1 to 2 contacts per month for high-tier customers, 1 to 2 contacts per quarter for medium-tier customers, and 1 to 2 contacts every six months for low-tier customers, so as to formulate more precise marketing strategies.
